Questions

Frequently asked

Is this my money in my account?

Yes. The robot trades your own Alpaca account on your own PC. We never see or touch your funds or your API keys.

Paper or real money?

Both — you choose in the robot. We recommend starting on a free Alpaca paper account so you can watch it work with no money at risk.

What happens if I cancel?

The robot stops opening new trades; your open positions stay managed by their stop and target orders at your broker until your paid period ends. You can renew any time — same key, same install.

Can I run it on two computers?

No — one machine per license key. Moved to a new PC? Contact us and we'll reset it in seconds.

Can I run two strategies on one account?

Yes — that's exactly what Kirby Ultimate Trader does: both engines, a trend strategy and a yield strategy, coordinated on a single account, sharing one cash pool. You don't run two separate robots (a broker only allows one automated system per account) — you run one robot with both engines inside.

Can I run other robots or trade manually in the same account?

Your account, your call. Kirby robots manage only their own trades and ignore everything else. Just note that interference from outside activity isn't covered by our published results.

What does my PC need?

Windows, an internet connection, and ideally staying on during market hours (the robot can launch with Windows and a small watchdog keeps it running).

Do you change the strategy?

The robot runs the exact configuration behind our published performance. When we refine parameters from ongoing research, updates are delivered automatically and noted on our Strategy Updates page — and they only ever apply to new trades, never to positions you already hold.
