1. Software rental

Kirby Trading Systems ("Kirby", "we") rents automated trading software on a monthly subscription. You run the software on your own computer against your own brokerage account. We do not hold, custody, or have access to your funds or brokerage credentials at any time.

2. Not financial advice

The software trades automatically. Nothing provided by Kirby is investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Past and simulated performance do not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and outcomes.

3. Other activity in your account

Other software, manual trades, or other activity in the same brokerage account are at your discretion and are not covered by, and may invalidate, our published results.

4. Licensing

Each license key permits use on a single computer. Copying or sharing keys is prohibited. We may revoke a key for abuse.

5. No warranty; limitation of liability

The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kirby is not liable for any trading losses or damages arising from use of the software.
