$50 per month

Kirby Ultimate Trader is licensed at a flat $50 per month. There are no tiers, no performance fees, and no additional charges.

// WHAT WE ARE //

Kirby Trading Systems is a software company. We build and license trading software, and that is the full extent of our role.

We are not an investment adviser. We do not manage accounts, and we have no visibility into your brokerage account, your positions, or your results. The software runs on your machine, connects to your broker under your own credentials, and operates entirely under your control.

Because we are licensing software rather than managing money, your results have no bearing on what you pay. Whether the software performs well, modestly, or not at all in a given month, the price remains $50.

// BILLING //

Your subscription renews automatically each month and is charged to the card on file. You may cancel at any time; there is no contract and no cancellation fee. When you cancel, your license remains active through the end of the period you have already paid for.

// IF A PAYMENT DOES NOT GO THROUGH //

Cards expire and banks occasionally decline transactions. When that happens, we give you room to sort it out rather than shutting the software off.

If a scheduled payment fails, you enter a 14-day grace period during which the software continues to operate normally. We will notify you by email and in the application so the situation is clear, and you can update your card or use a different payment method at any point in that window.

If the 14 days pass without a successful payment, the software stops opening new positions. Everything already open remains fully managed — stops, targets, grid levels, and exit logic all continue to run until each position closes on its own terms. We will not abandon a live position over a billing matter, and this state persists indefinitely; there is no deadline by which your positions must be resolved.

Once payment is restored, new entries resume immediately.

Your money and your account

Does the robot withdraw money from my brokerage account?

No. Kirby Ultimate Trader cannot move money. It places buy and sell orders inside your own brokerage account and nothing else. It cannot transfer funds, withdraw cash, or send money anywhere — to us or to anyone. Deposits and withdrawals are things only you can do, directly with your broker.

Where does my money actually sit?

In your own brokerage account, in your name, at your broker. We never hold, touch, or have custody of customer funds at any point. You pay us $50 a month for a software licence; that is the only money that ever moves between you and us.

Can KirbyTrader see my account, my positions, or my results?

No. The software runs on your computer and connects to your broker using your own credentials. We have no visibility into your account, your positions, your balances, or your performance. What we can see is limited to licence status — whether your key is active and which machine it is running on.

How are my broker API keys stored?

They are encrypted and stored locally on your own computer, using Windows' built-in credential protection. They are never sent to us and never leave your machine.

What if I want to stop everything right now?

Stop the robot from inside the app at any time, and it stops placing new orders immediately. You can also revoke your API keys at your broker, which cuts off the software's access entirely and instantly. You are never locked in.
